GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, Patsey Fugate has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Ernest Fugate age 7 yrs Willie Fugate 5 yrs, a Minor: heirs of J.B. Fugate (Decd)
    NOW WE, Patsey Fugate (Mother), as principal, and K.J. Day & J.M. Baker her sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Patsey Fugate will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
