GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, Alex Amburgey has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Versie Franklin, a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, Alex Amburgey, as principal, and John B. Smith (Maj.) J.B. Smith Jr. in sum of three hundred dollars his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Alexander Amburgey will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
