GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, Joseph Stacy has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Sampson Engle age 11 years & Andrew Engle age 9 years old, Minors: of Rosanah Engle the widow of Sampson Engle Deceased
    NOW WE, Joseph Stacy, as principal, and Gabril Hudson his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Joseph Stacy will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
