GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, Joseph Stacy has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Sampson Engle 9 yrs old Andrew Engle age 7 yrs, Minors: of Rosa Engle widow of Sampson Engle Decd.
    NOW WE, Joseph Stacy, as principal, and Gabril Hudson his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Joseph Stacy will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minors, in all respects as required by law.
