GUARDIAN'S BOND
The Commonwealth of Kentucky
    Whereas, Samuel Francis has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to David Day Kelly Day Minta Day Henry Day Watson Day, a Minor: of W.H. Day Dec.
    NOW WE, Samuel Francis, as principal, and Kelly Francis L.D. Kelley and H.H. Amburgey his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Samuel Francis will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
