GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, Lewis Day has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Samuel Day David Day Kelley J.T. Day Minnie Day Henry Day Watson Day, a Minor: of W.H. Day Deceased
    NOW WE, Lewis Day, as principal, and H.H. Amburgey & Kelley Francis his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Lewis Day will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
