GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, W.W. Wallen has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Eva Cornett, a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, W.W. Wallen, as principal, and J.E. Perkins his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said W.W. Wallen will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
