    Whereas, Noah Hale has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Rebeca Combs aged 11 years Rinzie Combs age 9 years Noah Combs age 7 years Susanah Combs 5 years & Lyda an Combs 2 years, a Minor: of Enoch Combs and Jane Combs
    NOW WE, Noah Hale, as principal, and Jeptha Amburgey his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Noah Hale will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
