    Whereas, E.L. Bolen has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Garder Bolen age 15 yrs. Joseph age 13, Strandie Bolen age 11, a Minor: (blank)
    NOW WE, E.L. Bolen, as principal, and H.H. Smith his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said E.L. Bolen will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
