GUARDIAN'S BOND

    Whereas, Wiley F. Amburgey has been appointed by the County Court of Knott county, and qualified as Guardian to Alice Amburgey, William Amburgey & Jane Amburgey infants of F.M. Amburgey Deceased and Mary Bell, Lindsay, Cyander, Lydia & Millie Amburgey infants of A.J. Amburgey deceased, Minors:
    NOW WE, Wiley F. Amburgey, as principal, and David Martin his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said Wiley F. Amburgey will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said Minor, in all respects as required by law.
