Will Book 1 Page 180 Bottom Know all men by these presents That I Naoma Young of Knott County, Kentucky (being single and unmarried) and realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death make this as my last will and Testament. I will and bequeath to R.B. Young Jr. (my brother) any thing I own or may own at my death either in personality or realty. In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand this May 18th 1904. Naoma (her x mark) Young Attest R.S. May J.W. Duke G.C. Smith Knott County Court Nov Term Nov 19 1928 It appearing to the satisfaction of the court from evidence of G.C. Smith and J.W. Duke, that the deceased this life in the year 1928, domiciled at the time of her death in Knott County Kentucky, leaving as her last will and Testament the above and forgoing instrument of writing which was this day filed in this court and offered for probate. Will Book 1 Page 181 Whereupon came J.W. Duke and G.C. Smith two subscribing witnesses that after being sworn attested that this instrument of writing was and is the last will and testament of the deceased, Naoma Young, and that the said Naoma Young signed, acknowledged and declared the said instrument of writing as her last will and Testament in the presence of the said subscribing witnesses J.W. Duke and G.C. Smith and that they, the said subscribing witnesses signed and attested said instrument of writing at the request of said Naoma Young and that she signed said writing in their presence and that they signed same in her presence and in the presence of each other. Now therefore it is ordered that said instrument of writing is now adjudged to be the last will and Testament of the said Naoma Young and the same is hereby admitted to probate as such, and ordered to be recorded and admitted to record as the last will and testament of the said Naoma Young.
