LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

JAMES S. SMITH
I James S. Smith of Washington Township Jefferson County State
of Pennsylvania being of sound disparing memory do make this my last
will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me heretofore
made. All property which it has pleased god to ??? with I dispose of as follows. I bequeath to my four daughters, Sarah A. Stewart, Alice E. Wilson, Edna A. M???, Flora L???, and my son Thomas J. Smith all of two entire tracts of land in the State of Kentucky, share and share alike. I appoint my son Albert W. Smith and Ben Harry T. Chisholm to be the executors of this my will. James S. Smith Signed, sealed, published and declared by the above named James S. Smith as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who have hereto subscribed our names at his request as witness thereto in the presence of said testator and of each other. Campbell register of wills in an for said county Albert W. Smith who being duly sworn according to law disposes and says that James S. Smith late of Washington Township died on Tuesday the 11th day of January A.D. 1910 about 11:20 o'clock a.m. to the best of his knowledge and belief. Albert W. Campbell register of wills in a for said county personally appeared Thomas Keys and Albert W. Smith the subscribing witnesses to the forgoing will of James S. Smith deceased and as ??? say that they were present and did see and ??? James S. Smith deceased the testator thereto name sign and publish and declare the ??? as his last will and testament and at the time of doing so was of sound and disparing mind and memory and ??? to the best of their knowledge and belief. Also the probate proceedings of the said last will and testatment as they appear on file in the said registers office as the said Registers office at the above named ???. Bluffington by whom the ??? certificate and ??? and who in his own proper ??? thereto subscribed his named and affixed the seal of register of wills and orphans courts of said county ??? of so doing and now is register of wills and exofficer clerk of the orphans court in and for said county of Jefferson in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania duly commissioned and qualified to ??? of whose acts as such full faith and ??? is and ought to be given as such in court of Justice and elsewhere and that the said ??? certificate and attestations ??? of law.
