In the Name of God Amen:

Know all men by these presents: That I, Ruthie Reynolds of Knott Co., Ky. being sick in body, but strong in mind and memory and realizing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death, do make this my last will and testament.

1st. I bequeath to my beloved daughter, Sarah Reynolds, all my personal property and house hold and kitchen furniture of every description.

2nd. I also bequeath to my beloved sons and daughters the sum of one dollar each, namely, Joe Reynolds, Wesley Reynolds, Jesse Reynolds, William Reynolds, Marion Reynolds, Tennie Slone, Barbara Slone, Martha Watson and Roseanna Thornsberry.

3rd. After this nine dollars is paid to my children out of my personal property by my beloved daughter, Sarah Reynolds

I bequeath to my beloved daughter, Sarah Reynolds the remainder of my personal property of every description and house hold and kitchen furniture.

And I do hereby make the above and foregoing as my last will and testament, dated this 19th day of July 1916.
