LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
A G PERKINS
In the name of God, Amen Know ye all men that I, A. G. Perkins, weak of body but strong of mind do make and declare this to be my last will and testament after all my just debts and burial expenses are paid. I will to my sister, Mrs. Cora L. Perkins Sturgill, all my rights, titles, interest and claim to the land now owned jointly by Cora L. Perkins and myself; she paying to my father and mother -E. T. and I. J. Perkins within twelve months from date hereof Fifty Dollars $50.00. I will to L. B. Perkins from the lower end of his line down to the first drain running nearly east and west to the top of the hill on each side and crossing the bottom near same chestnut trees. I will to Arminta and W. D. Perkins, jointly from the line thus made to L. B. Perkins' down to the second drain above the old mill. This line is to run parallel to the line of L. B. Perkins and to the top of the hill on each side. I Will to Mrs. Charity Perkins Fugate the balance of said farm from the line of Arminta and W. D. Perkins, at the second drain above the old mill down to the conditional line between me and E. T. Perkins. I will to T. P. Perkins, the lot in the Town of Hindman above the college ground together with the note of $40.00 I hold on him. And to Father and Mother jointly, I will all the buildings on the lot I have herein willed to T. P. Perkins., together with the $50.00 Dollars I have charged Cora L. Perkins Sturgill by in my will, and furthermore I will that each and all of the -Book 1 pg 14 -beneficiaries by me herein named have and hold together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging forever the property both real and personal I have thus named in this my last will. And I hereby appoint my Father my Administrator to settle up my estate in accordance to this my will and I also appoint him to be guardian for the infants Arminta and W. D. Perkins without bond. And I hereby declare that the forgoing will and testament shall take affect and be in full force at the time of my death and shall so remain.
