The Last Will and Testament
of
Elsie W. Leason

I Elsie W. Leason of the Borough Brooksville County of Jefferson and State of Pennsylvania do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking any former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

I give devise and bequeath the share in the estate of my deceased sister Annie E. Stewart given and devised to me by her last will and testament to W.N. Conrad of Brooksville Pennsylvania in Trust to give the income thereon to my sister, Mary J. Stewart, as long as she may live, and at her death the principal with any accumulations thereon shall go to and vest in my sister, Elissa C. Leason.

In the event the said Elissa C. Leason should not survived the said Mary J. Stewart, I direct my trustee to give the income on the share received by me from my sister, Annie E. Stewart deceased, as aforesaid, to my nephew Norman Stewart as long as he may live and at his death the principal with any accumulations thereon shall go to and vest in my nephews son Norman Stewart Jr. his heirs and assigns forever and in the event the said Norman Stewart Jr. is not living when the said life estate is terminated the said sum with any accumulations thereon shall go to and vest in such persons as may be entitled thereto under the intestate laws of Pennsylvania the same as if I had died intestate.

The remainder of my estate real and personal wheresoever situate I give and devise to my sister Elissa C. Leason her heirs and assigns forever.

If the said Elissa C. Leason should not survive me I give and devise said remainder of my estate to W.N. Conrad, in Trust.

I give the income thereon to my sister Mary J. Stewart as long as she may live and upon her death the principal together with any accumulations thereon shall be distributed as follows. One sixth to Harlin R. Leason or his heirs, one sixth to Judith D. Leason or her heirs, one sixth to ?Mgssium? Leason or his heirs, one sixth to Jefferson R. Leason or his heirs, one sixth to Mary Laird Bovard nee Leason or her heirs and the remaining one sixth my said Trustee shall ?----? to give the income thereon to my said nephew Norman Stewart as long as he lives

in the event the said Norman Stewart should not survive the said Mary J. Stewart or should ?----? at his death the said one sixth and any accumulations thereon shall go to and vest in his son Norman Stewart Jr. and should the said Norman Stewart Jr. be not living at the expiration of said life estate the said one sixth shall go to and vest in such persons as may be entitled thereto under the intestate laws of Pennsylvania the same as if I had died intestate.

From the principal of my estate held in trust for my nephew Norman Stewart my trustee is hereby directed to give as required, Two Thousand ($2,000) dollars to the said Norman Stewart Jr. for a college education should a college educate be declined I direct my Trustee to give the said Norman Stewart Jr. the said sum of Two Thousand ($2,000) dollars for the purpose of going into business. This provision for the Two Thousand $2,000) dollars for the said Norman Stewart Jr. is made for the purpose of withdrawing the said sum from the principal held in trust for my nephew Norman Stewart.

I hereby made constitute and appoint my nephew Norman Stewart and W. N. Conrad executors of this my last will and testament.

I hereby authorize my said executors to sell and convert into money at their discretion any or all of my real and personal estate hereby authorizing and empowering them or the survivors or survivor to make execute and deliver such conveyance and deeds as may be necessary to carry out such power of sale as fully and with the same effect as I could do if living.

This authority and power of sale is not in any way to effect Elissa C. Leason or her rights under the bequest and devise herein made to her.

I hereby constitute and appoint Norman Stewart and W. N. Conrad executors and trustees in my place and stead to succeed me under the last will and testament of W.F. Stewart deceased.

Upon the death of W. N. Conrad I appoint Brookville Title and Trust Company of Brookville Pennsylvania as his successor as executor and Trustee of the last will and testament of

W. F. Stewart deceased as well as this last will and testament.

It shall not be necessary for my executors and trustees or the survivors or survivor to file any appraisements of my property or file an account of this administration and trusteeship unless in their judgment some reason arises that should make it advisable.

In witness whereof I Elsie W. Leason the testatrix have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this 9th day of January A.D. one thousand nine hundred and eight.

Leason deceased and on their solemn oath did say that they were present and did see and hear Elsie W. Leason deceased the Testatrix therein named sign, seal publish and declare the same as and for her last will and testament and at the time of the doing thereof she was of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief.

In the matter of the probate of the last will and testament of Elsie W. Leason.

Came today Agnes Stewart Norman Stewart and W.N. Conrad and by their attorneys produced in open court for probate and filed the forgoing authenticated copy of the last will and testament and codicil thereto and certificate of Probate of said will of Elsie W. Leason deceased of the state of Pennsylvania and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that the said Elsie W. Leason died in the State of Pennsylvania and that her said last will and codicil thereto were filed for probate and probated and proved in the state of Pennsylvania and that the said will of the said Elsie W. Leason deceased was so executed and proved to be a valid will of the lands of this commonwealth. It is ordered and adjudged by this court that the said writing be and the is hereby probated and ordered to be recorded as the true last will and testament of the said Elsie W. Leason deceased.

Came today Norman Stewart Agnes Stewart and W. N. Conrad and by their attorneys produced in open court and filed an authenticated copy of the last will and testament of Elsie W. Leason, deceased of the State of Pennsylvania and certificate of probate (?---?) in the State of Pennsylvania and moved that the said copy be probated as a valid will of lands owned by the said Elsie W. Leason at the time of her death situated in the State of Kentucky and in the County of Knott and entered of record of such and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court from such copy and proof heretofore taken (?-?) on such case made and provided that the said Elsie W. Leason died in the State of Pennsylvania and that her last Will and Testament was filed for probate and probated and proved in the State of Pennsylvania and that the said Will of the said Elsie W. Leason deceased was so executed as to be a valid Will of lands in this Commonwealth.

It is ordered and adjudged by the Court that the said (?---?) be and the same is hereby admitted to probate as a good and valid Will of lands in this Commonwealth and the said Will is ordered to be recorded as the last will and testament of its said Elsie W. Leason deceased.
