In the name of God Amen.
I the undersigned do make declare and publish this to be my last will and Testament.
First: It is my will and I hereby request and direct that all my debts, if any I have at my death, be paid.
Second: After the payment of all my debts including my funeral expenses I hereby bequeath to my dear and beloved wife Dora Kilgore all my personal property whatsoever, including all monies in hand, in Bank or elsewhere, all notes, assets, bonds, ??? goods and chattels and all personal property of any kind of which I die possessed of or owner of, to have and to hold absolutely as her own and in her own right.
Third: I hereby devise to my dear wife Dora Kilgore all my real estate of whatsoever kind, situated in Knott County, Kentucky, including the home and adjacent lands where we now live and the farm below town, and being the same lands conveyed to me by W.T. Bailey and (?so?) forth by deed Dated -- day of -- 19 and recorded in Knott County Court Clerks office in Deed Book --- page---Also the farm above town on right hand fork

of Troublesome Creek, known as the John W. Combs farm and being the same land conveyed to me by John W. Combs and Tina Combs his wife by deed dated --- day of --- 19-- and recorded in Knott County Court Clerks office in Deed Book --- page--- and all real estate of whatever kind whether herein described or not, I hereby will and devise to my deal wife Dora Kilgore to have and to hold in her own right absolutely.
I hereby name and nominate my dear and beloved wife Dora Kilgore my sole executrix of all my real estate to act as such without bond.
I the undersigned Samuel J. Kilgore being of sound mind but weak in body do make and declare the above and forgoing to be my last will and Testament, and I hereby request that H.H. Smith and Dr. J.W. Duke, sign and attest this my last will and testament.

In the matter of the
Probate of the Last will
and Testament of
S.J. Kilgore
It appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the evidence of J.W. Duke and H.H. Smith that S.J. Kilgore departed this life in the year 1928, domiciled at the time of his death in Knott County Kentucky, leaving as his last will and Testament the above and forgoing instrument of writing which was this day filed into court and offered for probate.
Whereupon came J.W. Duke and H.H. Smith two subscribing witnesses thereto and after being sworn stated that the instrument was and is the last will and Testament of the deceased, S.J. Kilgore, and that the said S.J. Kilgore, signed, acknowledged and declare the said instrument of writing as his last will and testament in the presence of the said subscribing witnesses J.W. Duke and H.H. Smith and that they the said subscribing witnesses signed and attested said instrument of writing as witnesses at the request of said S.J. Kilgore and that he signed said writing in their presence and that they signed same in his presence and in the presence of each other.
Now therefore it is ordered that said instrument

of writing is and the same is now adjudged to be the last will and testament of the said S.J. Kilgore and the same is hereby admitted to Probate as such and ordered to be recorded and admitted to record as the last will and Testament of the said S.J. Kilgore.
