For the love and affection I have for my wife Sarah Johnson I make
fee simple to all my property both real and personal to have and to
hold or dispose of as she pleases and make title to same. Given
under my hand this the 8th day of Oct 1892 Knott County Court January term Jan 21st 1901. This
day came Fielden Johnson and produced what purported to be the last
will and testament of G. W. Johnson deceased and offered evidence of
himself and Leslie Johnson, J.C. Combs to prove the handwriting of
said will and the court advised orders that the same be now probated
and spread of record to all of which Cora S. Johnson guardian for
Edna Johnson except. R. H. Amburgey, CKCC Book 1 Page 13(top) State of Kentucky I, R. H. Amburgey, Clerk of the County Court for the County and State aforesaid certify that the will of G. W. Johnson was this day produced to me in my County and Lodged for Record whereupon I have Truly Recorded it together with the foregoing and this my certificate in my said office.
