LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

CLABORN HICKS
In the name of God Amen I Claborn Hicks being feeble in body but being proper mind do make this my last will and testament making all former wills. After charging my property for the payment of all debt I owe do ??? ??? little ??? ??? bequeath to my beloved wife Frankie Hicks all the property I own both real and personal during her natural life and at her death it is my will that same p___ to the children she had by me being: Rilda Hicks, Boyd Hicks, Wesley Hicks, Richmond Hicks, Maynard Hicks to be there property for ever but should my said wife Franky Hicks desire to sell the real estate she has the complete power to convey full simple title to same. I do hereby appoint my wife, Frankey Hicks and my friend David Y. ??? my executors to carry out my will and see that my infant children get the benefit of the covered by this will. In witness whereof now herewith by my hand and seal this 29th day of June 1890 Claborn Hicks Atts I Henry Combs Clerk of the County Court of the Country aforesaid Certify that the foregoing will of Claborn Hicks was proven in my open court by this after two witness hereto John L. Grigsby and Elijah Mullins and the same being duly admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded by the County Court - Witness my hand this 16th day of November 1891
