Know all men by these presents that I Lee Hall being of sound mind and memory but weak in body do hereby make my last will and testament.
I will and bequeath to my dear wife Florence Hall and my daughters Darkey Hall and Alice Hall all my personal property of every description including all money on hand, in Bank, all notes, (?Steaves mill?), live stock, house hold goods and in fact all personal property of any description and kind.
Second: That said parties is to cash and ??? ?? ??? ??? during my life time and all my just debts and burial expenses to be paid by said Florence Hall out of my personal estate.
Third: This is my desire as I have heretofore provided to my other heirs by deed to real estate which is to be theirs entire interest in my estate.
Fourth: Florence Hall is to have the right to use the (?Steaves mill? ???) in this will any way she wants to (?for the heirs?) for this if said mill is used for any body else, said Darkey Hall and Alice Hall is to have the part of pay received for mill.
Fifth: Florence Hall, Darkey Hall and Alice Hall is to have all that I have at my death that I have not deeded to the other heirs.

In Re - in the matter of
Probate of the last will and
Testament of Lee Hall, deceased
It appearing to the satisfaction of the court from the evidence of John Hall and Billy Slone, that the deceased departed this life in the year domiciled at the time of his death in Knott County Kentucky leaving as his last will and Testament the above and forgoing instrument of writing which was this day filed in this court and offered for probate.
Whereupon came John Hall and Billy Slone two subscribing witnesses thereto after being sworn stated that the instrument of writing was and is the last will and testament of the deceased Lee Hall.

and that the said Lee Hall signed, acknowledged and declare the said instrument of writing as his last will and testament in the presence of the said subscribing witnesses John Hall and Billy Slone and that they the said subscribing witnesses signed and attested said instrument of writing at the request of said Lee Hall and that he signed said writing in their presence and that they signed same in his presence and in the presence of each other.
Now therefore it is ordered that said instrument of writing is, and the same is now adjudged to be the last will and testament of the said Lee Hall, deceased and the same is hereby admitted to probate as such and ordered to be recorded and admitted to ??? as the last Will and Testament of the said Lee Hall.
