LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
J. H. HALL
I J. H. Hall being in my right mind and ___ but that unto death
do make this my last will and testament. First I give my soul to my
creator. After the payment of my just debts, I will and bequeath
every species of property that I have own including land, houses,
and increases of my personal property of every description including
debts of all kinds such as notes, land bonds and accounts etc to my
beloved wife and children to be divided equally among them. I hereby
appoint and make my brother Thomas Hall my executor and request that
he see that my will is conveyed ___ ___ ___ I do not ___ BOTTOM OF PAGE CUT OFF Book 1 Page 9 full faith in his knowledge, integrity ___ ___ the possession of all my property to my said Brother Thomas Hall in order to enable him to carry out this my last will and testament as I have indicated. Amburgey, Clerk of the County Court for the Country and State aforesaid do certify that by me the will of J. H. Hall was ordered to be probated and lay over for exception and none having been filed the same was ordered to be recorded and that I have recorded the same together with the foregoing and this my certificat in my said office.
