I William Dobson and of the County of Knott and State of Kentucky of the age of 81 years and being ?? and deposing mind and memory do make publication declare this my last will and testament in mentioned letter that is to say that first I direct my executor here in after named to pay out of my estate as soon as possible after deceased my just debts together with the expenses my last sickness and my funeral and testament expenses. Second I gave and bequeath to my wife Susanah Dobson all of my property and house hold plunder. Third I give and devise under my sons five dollars and fourth - I give and bequeath to my daughters five dollars each. Fifth I hereby appoint William Howard the sole executor of my last will hereby revoking all former wills made by me at any time made in ?witness? whereof I have herewith set my hand and seal this 5th day of March A.D. 1894.
