LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

NELSON R. CRAFT
Will Book 1 Page 114 Know all men by these presence that I Nelson R. Craft of Knott County Ky. being strong in mind and memory, but feeble in health do make this my last will and testament on Earth. 1st. I bequeath to my beloved wife Julia Craft all my real and personal property except a tract of land on Buch(?horn?) Creek until my youngest heir Joe Craft becomes to be 21 years of age, that is if she should stay single that long, and in case of remarrying she forfeted all rights hereunder, and said estate shall belong to my three younger heirs Ritter Craft Lee M. Craft and Joe Craft as it my bequeath that said property decend them when the younger child Joe Craft becomes to be 21 yrs. of age. 2nd. I bequeath to Lettie Polley my daughter and Drucillar Hall my daughter, T.J. Craft my son, B.M. Craft my son, Noah Craft my son, A.C. Craft my son, and Sarah Jane my daughter and Wiley W. Craft my son, and Ma?ie B. Smith the daughter and only heir of my deceased daughter, Dora B. Smith the sum of five dollars each to be out of my personal estate at the time of my youngest heir Joe Craft arrives at the age of 21 years. 3rd. I bequeath to my son W.W. Craft a tract of land Buch(?horn?) Creek containing about 200 acres more or less. Given under my hand this Feb. 18th 191? N. R. Craft Attest W. H. Pridemore R. H.
