LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

CLERINDA CONLEY
Will Book 1 Page 150 I Clerinda Conley of Handshoe, Knott Co., Ky., being of full age and sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills by me heretofore made. Item 1: All the real and personal property I have now ??? or may hereafter acquire of every kind and description what so ever - I own at my death I hereby give bequeath and devise equally between my three sons James Coburn, Fred Conley, and Jackson Conley and my daughter Dora Whitaker and my grandson Delbert Conley. Item 2: I hereby give bequeath and devise to each of my other children J.C. Coburn, Pheba J. Conley, Emma Handshoe, Eliza Conley the sum of $100 each. Item 3: I further devise in case that my grandson Delbert Conley die with out issue, after my death that the part of my property that he takes under this will be equally divided between my two sons Fred Conley and Jackson Conley. Item 4: I hereby make nominate and appoint Fred Conley of Handshoe, Ky to be my executor and administrator under the will (?an next?) of this my last will and testament and I request no bond be required of him as such administrator (?annext?) dated at Handshoe, Ky, this 30 day of August 1922.
