11(bottom) I, John W. Amburgey of the County of Knott and State of Kentucky do make this my last will and testament. I give and devise to my three sons John C. Amburgey, William G. Amburgey, Henry Clay Amburgey all my real estate and in every particular and my home farm that now I reside upon situated on Lick Branch of left Troublesome Creek in Knott County Kentucky. Counting acres they are to hold said land equally between them. The said three sons as above mentioned to maintain my wife Salley Amburgey her natural life in the event she should remain single in the consideration of the above named property this day devised with them. Also they are to maintain, clothe and educate all my infant girl children under twenty-one years old until they are of lawful age. I also bequeath and devise with my girls all my household property in ever particular equally and all my personal property including our horse and cattle. I devise and bequeath to Sally Amburgey my beloved wife after my just debts are paid. I also devise unto John C.
