I Leander Spradlin of Denver, Johnson County, Ky, of the age of 29 years and being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament, in memory following, that is to say: First: I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay out of my estate as soon as possible after my decease, all of my just debts together with the expenses of my last sickness and my funeral and ? expenses: Second: I give and bequeath to my father John W. Spradlin all my estate, both real and personal of which I may die subject to have and to hold during his natural life time; Then at his John W. Spradlin's death said estate to go to my youngest brother Harrison Spradlin to have and to hold to him, his heirs forever. Third: I hereby appoint my father John W. Spradlin the sole executor of this my last will hereby revoking all former wills by meat any time made.
In Witness where of I have hereunto set my hand seal this 9th day of Nov. 1911.

The foregoing instrument was at the date hereof signed sealed and published and declared by the testator Leander Spradlin and as for his last Will Testament in the presence of us who at his request ? ? in the presence of each other have ? our names as witnesses thereto.
