Callie Blanton Will

 

         I, CALLIE BLANTON, a resident of Leander, Johnson County, Kentucky, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.

                                         ARTICLE 1

       I direct that all my just debts, my funeral expenses (including The cost of a suitable monument at my grave), unpaid charitable pledges (whether of not the same are enforceable obligations of my estate) and the costs of administration of my estate to be paid as soon as practicable after my death.

                                         ARTICLE II

       I direct that my Executrix pay out of my estate all taxes owed By me at the time of my death or assessed by reason of my death.

                                         ARTICLE III

       I bequeath to my wife, Alta May Blanton, in fee, all clothing, Jewelry, household goods, personal effects, and all other tangible personal property, including cash on hand or on deposit, owned by me at the time of my death.  In the event my wife should not survive me, then I bequeath all my personal property to my children to share equally.

                                        ARTICLE IV

     I devise all my real estate owned by me at the time of my death, To my wife, Alta May Blanton.  In the event my wife should not survive me then I devise all of my real estate to my children to share equally.

                                       ARTICLE V

       I appoint my wife, Alta May Blanton, to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.  I direct that she be appointed to serve without bond.  I vest my Executrix with full power and authority to sell, transfer, and convey any property, real or personal, which I may own at the time of my death, at such time and price and upon such terms (including credit) as she may determine and to do every other act and thing necessary or appropriate to the complete administration of this Will.  In the event my wife should not survive me, then I appoint my daughter, Sola Tackett, of Riceville, Kentucky, to be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.

 

                       IN TESTAMONY WHEREOF, I have herento subscribed my name To this my last Will and Testament, consisting of this and one (1) preceding …..typewritten page, and for the purpose of identification, I have initialed each such page, all in the presence of the persons witnessing it at my request on this _____ day of October, 1975, at Paintsville , Kentucky
