Age 67, of Brookville passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday November 5, 2002 at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald & Helen (Jones) Harry & by a sister, Doris Miller. She was a member of Brookville First United Methodist Church. She was also a member of Shipmates and she had worked for over 15 years at Elder-Beerman Northwest. She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Henry Shepherd; daughters & son-in-laws, Vicki & Dennis Smith, Brookville, Marilyn & Robert Grounds, Springboro & Shelly Ward, Pine Grove, PA; grandchildren, Miranda Estes, Daniel Wright, Courtney Ranney & Nicholas Wright; great-granddaughter, Casey Ranney; step-children, Michael Shepherd, Cincinnati, Marvin Shepherd Springfield, Tanya O'Connel, Springboro & Teri Frederick's, Springfield; numerous step-grandchildren; sisters & brothers-in-law, Freda & Wilbur Cluxton, Peebles, OH, Donna & Kenny Meece, Brookville, Alice & Jerry Prudin & Janice & Dave Bennington all of Hillsboro, OH and numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many special friends.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 Saturday, Nov.. 9, at the First United Methodist Church. Friends may call at the Gilbert-Fellers Funeral Home, Brookville, 5-8 PM Friday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice of Dayton. Envelopes will be provided.
