Dollarhide Marriage certificate
I got some documents today from my cousin, Deloris Jennings, and one of them
reveals a transcription error in marriage records. Kayleene had pointed this
out to me before when she helped me find some records on Wards, and said that
she thought it was a transcription error, so now we have the document to prove
it. This is what the marriage record says on the web site at

corrected to reflect the proof provided.)

The actual document is for Serena T. Ward. Mary J. Ward was her mother and
is listed as mother on the actual document. My Grandma Trinnie Ward sometimes
went by the name Serena just because she liked it. :-) One census record
below actually says Trenna or Serena on it.
