158 In Call For Monday Another 65 Wednesday

Some Failed To Answer Draft Summons
There were 223 persons called to report for induction into the armed services this week, with 158 scheduled for Monday and 65 for Wednesday, officials of the Paintsville Selective Service Board Announced.
Of the 158 scheduled to report Monday a number failed to show up, officials said.
The new list for May has not been received and officials had not been advised of the number of persons rejected out of the groups sent this week.
