STRAWBERRY BUTTER

3/4 cup of finely chopped fresh strawberries

3-5- tablespoons confectioner's sugar

1 pound sweet whipped butter

Combine all ingredients in food processor with steel blade. Process until light. Serve with warm biscuits, pancakes or waffles. This can also be used for a thin spread on party bread. For all you Pampered Chef fans, this would be great on the bread baked in the party tubes, and used for parties and showers.
