Scott Conley
Scott Conley, 65, of Danville died March 21 in Veterans Hospital in Lexington. He was born July 11, 1919, at Van Lear, the son of Green and Molly Conley. He was a retired auto salesman, a member of the Van Lear Church of Christ, a veteran of World War II and a member of the Van Lear Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are his wife, Freida Daniel Conley; two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Guerrant of Danville and Mrs. Judy Lowry of Orlando; four brothers, Stewart and Bearl Conley of Van Lear and Henry and Charles Conley of Ashland; three sisters, Mary Jasper and Sophia Conley of Van Lear, and Sarah Sparration; and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held March 23 in Preston-Pruitt Funeral Home. Burial was in Bellevue Cemetery in Danville.
