DEATH TAKES 25-YEAR-OLD WORLD WAR II VET

    Raleigh Salyer, 25, World War II Veteran, died in a Veterans Hospital at Oteen, N. C., Friday, September 26, 1947. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Manford Salyer of Ballot Ky. Funeral services were held at the home of his parents Monday, Sept. 29, 1947, at 10:00 A.M. by Rev. Scott Castle. Burial was in the family cemetery.
