Lonza Horn
Funeral services were held this morning at the Collista Freewill Baptist Church for Lonza Horn, 56, of Collista, who died in a local hospital Sunday night following an illness of several months.
The son of Mae Belle Conley Horn and the late Tom Horn, he was born October 30, 1898 in this county. He was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
A veteran of World War I, he was a miner by occupation. He was affiliated with the Masonic Lodge.
He was married 32 years ago to Arizona Conley, who survives.
Also surviving besides his mother and wife are three daughters, Mrs. Herschell Pratt, Collista, Mrs. Arnold Blanton, city, and Miss Faye Horn, Collista; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Castle Sitka and Martha Horn, Collista; and one brother, Luther Horn, Collista.
Burial was made in the family cemetery under the direction of the Paintsville Funeral Home.
