Ira Jennings, son of Elbert Jennings and Mary Preston Jennings was born May  16, 1918 in Johnson County and died August 23, 1991 in Wooster Ohio.

Ira was wounded in France, Tuesday, August 8, 1944.

He entered the service in May 1942, going to England in April 1944.
