T W HOPSON OF NERO DEAD

                T W Hopson, of Nero, Johnson County died at his home after a brief illness of a few weeks.

                Mr.. Hopson was an elderly man and one of the most prominent farmers in that section of the county, and his demise was a great shock to his family and friends.

                A few weeks ago Mr. Hopson while working on his farm was kicked by a vicious mule and was injured very badly. At the time it was not thought that the injuries were of a serious nature. Later developments proved that he was more seriously hurt than first thought and he passed away at his home Thursday as stated above.

                Mr. Hopson is survived by his wife, three daughters. They are, Miss Ora Hopson of the Ora-Ann Beauty Shoppe of Paintsville. another daughter of Cincinnati, Ohio and a Mrs. Akers of Kermit, W VA also one son of Huntington WVA.

                Funeral services were held at the Hopson home Saturday and internment took place nearby.
