Howard Lyons Killed In Germany

    Guy Lyons, a former resident of the Keaton section and now residing in Ohio, has lost his second son in the service of his country. The War Department has reported that Howard Lyons was killed in Germany in January.

    The other boy, Herman Lyons was killed a few months ago. These boys are survived by their parents and a younger brother and sister.

    Mr. Lyons has been notified that the Silver Star is to be awarded posthumously to Howard, and he has been called to come to Columbus, Ohio, to receive the award for his son.
