Here is what was done for the 2006 convention! Way to go! Jan Horne and Mary Pack Richmond and the fantastic committee for once again doing a great job. I hope to see you all next year.

5th Annual Eastern Kentucky Genealogy Conference,
October 13th, 14th, & 15th 2006 @ Ramada Inn, Paintsville

Plans are nearly complete for the Eastern Kentucky Genealogy Conference and
Reunion 2006. Everyone welcome to attend! Below is a tentative agenda. Please
keep in mind that this agenda is subject to change if necessary, although not
likely.

Friday, October 13 12:00 Noon Vendors set up/guests begin to arrive
6:00 PM Early Registration
7:00 PM Meet & Greet -bring family files & photos

Saturday, October 14 8:30 AM Opening Ceremony
9:30AM Break
10:00 AM Lynn Hollingsworth - KY Historical Society
12:00 Noon Lunch on your own
1:30 PM Tom Stephens - KY Historical Society
2:45 PM Break
3:15 PM Mrs. Martin - Mormon Church Library
4:30 PM Break (staff will set up for dinner)
5:00 PM Buffet Dinner at the Ramada Inn
7:00 -? PM Charity Auction

KENTUCKY HISTORY MOBILE
From 10:00 AM on Friday through 2:00 PM on Saturday the Kentucky History Mobile
will be available for touring - no charge - courtesy of Eastern Kentucky
Genealogy Conference Committee and the Kentucky Historical Society.

Charity auction hosted by Jim Gambill.  Please be generous and donate any items you may have!!  Items can be used as long as they are in good condition! Not sure if something is appropriate just call and ask! Remember that what be your trash can be a treasure to someone else!

	Notebook to keep track of notes, names and numbers
	Any family pictures you want to have included online
	Address labels. It sure beats writing out your address 100 times
	Camera and lots of film
	Your family sheets- Family trees
	Think about having small business cards printed.
	For a small fee you can have a card that contains your basic surnames, and your info
