Rules
1. All persons entering the fair must enroll no later than 12 o'clock, Friday, Oct 21, 1927.
2. All students attending Oil Springs school may compete for prizes in the department of school work.
3. No person except those designated and the judges may handle prizes on display or articles on exhibit.
4. Any person who does not conduct himself properly while on school ground will not qualify for prizes
5. Many fine speakers will be present.
6. Big parade by school children
