            This indenture made and entered into this 11th day of December 1852 between Hiram Tackett of the one part and Ambrose Lemaster and Frances Lemaster his wife late Francis Shaver  Michael Spradlin & Elizabeth Spradlin late Elizabeth Shaver  James Shaver & Cynthia Shaver his wife and Moses Shaver heirs and legal representatives of Susan Shaver deceased of the second part the said Hiram Tackett of the County of Johnson and State of Kentucky and the Said Ambrose Lemaster & wife and the Said Michael Spradlin & wife of the County of Floyd and State aforesaid and the Said James Shaver and wife & Moses Shaver of the County of Johnson & State aforesaid,  Witnesseth that the party of the Second part for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred dollars to them in hand __ the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath been granted bargained Sold and conveyed unto the party of the first part all our right title and interest in and to a certain tract or parcel land lying and being in the County of Johnson and State aforesaid on a branch of Paint Creek known as the bent branch and a part of the tract the Same that was deeded to the Said Susan Shaver deceased by Elexious Howes which Deed is on record in the Clerks office of the Johnson County Court, and bounded as follows to wit  Begining on a beech Standing at the forks of the lower bent branch, thence up the point and Westwardly direction to a rock marked HT then to the top of the ridge between Barnetts Creek and up Bent branch thence with Said ridge a South direction to the Fleming line thence with Said line to the Begining, which Said tract or parcel of land together with all and Singlular the benefits and any elements thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining we the Said party of the Second part do forever warrant and defend all our right title & interest as heirs aforesaid in and to the Same unto the Said party of the first part his heirs and assignes forever from us our heirs and assignes, and all persons claiming under or through us and all under whom we claim Interest _ money whereof we have hereunto set our hands and Seals the day and year above written.
