Clarence Brown 1917–2002

Funeral services were held Monday, April 15, 11 a.m. at Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel for Clarence Brown, 84, who passed away Friday, April 12 at V.A. Hospital, Huntington, W.Va.      Mr. Brown was born August 11, 1917 in Johnson County, son of the late George M. and Minnie Alice Daniels Brown.      Surviving are one son, Johnathan Edward Brown of Volga; three daughters, Rhonda Brown Blair of Paintsville, Deborah Brown of Stanton, and Tenna Smith of Russell; one sister, Susie Hitchcock of Salyersville; six grandchildren.      The service was officiated by Charles Heater, with burial following in the Brown Family Cemetery.
