Age 76, of Thelma, died Friday, September 3, 1999, at the Paul B. Hall Medical Center, Paintsville. Born February 3, 1923, in Johnson County, the son of the late Gar Castle and Mollie Sparks Castle. He was a tool and dye maker, and a Marine Veteran. He was a member of the Odd Fellows of Prestonsburg, and Zebulon Lodge No. 273, F&AM., Prestonsburg, and Oieika Shrine, Lexington. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothea Rifle Castle. He is survived by his brother, Earl Castle of Prestonsburg. Funeral services were con- ducted Sunday, September 5, 2 p.m., at the
Jones-Preston Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Harry Neal Frisby officiating. Burial was in the Hall Davis Cemetery on Davis Branch, Paintsville
