Charles Albert Gullett

    Charles Albert Gullett, 59, of Lexington passed away Saturday, April 24, 1971, in the University of Kentucky Medical Center. He was born in Paintsville to the late Sherman and Irene Bush Gullett.

    Gullett spent 26 years in the U. S. Army showing his commitment to our country. His wife, Marjorie Stapleton Gullett, survived him. Other survivors at this time included his three brothers, Andrew J. Gullett of Lexington, Robert F. Gullett of South Shore, and Paul R. Gullett of Kenton, Ohio. Graveside rites were held Thursday, April 29, 1971, by the Paintsville Chapter of the Disabled American Veterans, with Elmer Wiley officiating.

    The Preston Funeral Home took charge of the burial in the Stapleton Cemetery at Winifred.
