Whereas in the action of JOHN H. BYASSEEs Administrator Plaintiff against JOHN
H. BYASSEEs heirs and creditors. Defendants ____ pending in the Hickman Circuit
Court an order was entered at the March Term 1872 directing F. M. RAY Special
Commissioner of said Court to ___ for sale at public auction to the highest and
best bidder the Property hereafter described. And, Whereas said property was
sold in accordance with said order, on the Second day of September 1872 and for
the sum of Five hundred Dollars and 00 cents, when N. P. JOHNSON be ____ the
purchase thereof and whereas the report of said sale was conf___ed by said Court
at the March Term 1873 and at the December Term 1874 of the Hickman Court of
common Pleas to such ____ action? was t___ f___ an order was entered directing
the Commissioner to execute a deed of conveyance of said property to said N. P.
JOHNSON but for greater certainly the records and proceedings in said case are
____ to. Now therefore, this Indenture made and entered into this first day of
July 1875 Between G. W. BYASSEE, I. N. BYASSEE, SARAH J. FRANKLIN, PETER BYASSEE,
DOLLY FRANKLIN, MARY GLASCO, W. H. BYASSEE, KITTY K. A. BYASSEE, JOHN P. BYASSEE,
JAMES BYASSEE, HEZEKIAH GROGAN, ALEX GROGAN, EFFIE BYASSEE, WILEY BYASSEE, THOS.
C. BYASSEE JR., GEORGE BYASSEE, EMILY BYASSEE and JOHN BYASSEE by F. M. RAY
commissioner of the said court of the first part and N. P. JOHNSON of the second
part witnesseth that? for and in consideration of the p___ises and for the f____
consideration of two full payment of the purchase price aforesaid, the ___
whereof is hereby acknowledged the parties of the first party F. M. RAY as
Special Commissioner aforesaid, has sold and by this ____ does convey to said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever the following
described property to wit Being

a tract of forty acres of land lying in the County of Hickman and State of
Kentucky on the waters of Obion Creek and near the farm? of SEXTON? VAUGHAN decd
that being part of one hundred acres of land deeded by N. P. COLDWELL to E. F.
BULLOCK and J. H. BYASSEE afore deed recorded in the office of the Clerk of
Hickman County Court and thereafter divided by ____ of said BULLOCK and BYASSEE
giving to said BYASSEE as his share of? said 100 acres the forty acres herein
conveyed. And the said G. W. BYASSEE - THOS. GOINS - THOS. C. BYASSEE - JOHN W.
BYASSEE - ANDERSON P. BYASSEE - J. H. BYASSEE - SARAH J. FRANKLIN - wife of
LOGAN FRANKLIN - PETER BYASSEE - DOLLY FRANKLIN wife of ROBT. FRANKLIN - MARY
GLASCO wife of ROBT. GLASCO - WM. F.? BYASSEE - KITTY K. A. BALDWIN wife of
THOS. S. BALDWIN - JOHN P. BYASSEE - JAMES BYASSEE - HEZEKIAH GROGAN -
ALEX GROGAN - EFFIE BYASSEE - WILEY BYASSEE - THOS. C. BYASSEE JR. - GEORGE
BYASSEE - EMILY BYASSEE and JOHN BYASSEE the last named six being children of
EDWARD BYASSEE Decd as by F. M. RAY Commissioner of the said Court of the first
part hereby ____ with the party of the second part, that they will warrant and
defend the title of the land and ___ ___ by conveyed against the claims of all
persons claiming by or ___ the said J. H. BYASSEE decd. In Testimoney Whereof,
