Nathan Jackson to E.L Watson for debt - Deed Book G Page 293

Know all men by these Presents that I, Nathan Jackson, of the county of Hickman and state of Kentucky for and in consideration of the sum of fifteen Dollars to me in hand, the receipt whereof, is hereby acknowledged on this day bargained sold and conveyed and doth by these presents bargained sold and delivered to E.L. Watson of said county and state aforesaid one stud mule folded last Spring, and now sucking my mare and bond myself to warrant  and defend the title of said mule cott, unto the said E.L. Watson as witness my hand and seal this 11th day of August 1848.

  The condition of the above obligation is such as the above bound Jackson is justly indebted  to said E.L. Watson for following judgments, on note of hand towit; one on note due the 6th day of June 1848 for the sum of three dollars and 80 cents with the interest  (?) cents cost; one on note due 1st January 1849 for one dollar (?) with interest; 87 ½ costs; and one due 23th April 1849 for fourteen dollars with interest of 87 ½ cents amounting in all to the sum of fifteen dollars 12 ½  cents now in the hands of C Brighton (county?) collection. Now if the said Jackson shall well and satisfy the said debt with interest and costs to the said E.L. Watson before 21nd day of September together with the the (?)

Then the above obligation to the note (?)
