This Indenture made & entered unto this 20th day of June 1845 between John Jackson of the county of Hickman & State of Kentucky of the first part and William Jackson of the same county and State of the other part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part hath granted bargained and sold and doth by these presents bargain sell and convey unto the party of the Second part the following declared property towit my present crop of growing corn being bout twenty acres and three acres of growing Tobacco to have and to hold the same for from the claim of all and every person whatsoever.
The condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the said William Jackson has become the security of said party of the first part in several replevin bonds amounting in all to one hundred dollars and now if party of the first part shall pay off and satisfy said bonds or encumbrances that may issue thereon & save harmless the said William as the security on of aforesaid then the above to be void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue. Given under my hand & seal this day and date above written.
