This Indenture made and entered into this 13th day of June 1835 Between William Jackson of the county of Hickman and State of Kentucky of the one part and George Hayden of the county and Sate aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars in hand paid unto the Said William Jackson the Receipt of which is hereby acknowledged hath granted Bargained and Sold and by these presents doth grant Bargain and Sell unto the said George Hayden his heirs and assigns the following tracts of land lying and being in the County of Hickman and State aforesaid the South East quarter of Section one Township their range two west containing one hundred and sixty acres be the same more or less also the South West quarter of Section Six township three Range one West lying and being in the county of Graves and state aforesaid containing one hundred and Sixty acres be the same more or less to have and to hold the aforesaid Land and appertenances unto the Said George Hayden his heirs Executors Administrators or assigns from from the claim or claims or all and every person or persons whatsoever claiming by through or under me In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and offered my seal this 13th day of June 1835.

Commonwealth of Kentucky Hickman County Towit
I, Henry L Edrington, Clerk of the county court for the county aforesaid do certify that the foregoing Deed from William Jackson and Mary Jackson his wife to George Hayden was produced to me on the 13th of this month and acknowledged by Said William Jackson to be his act and Deed and Said Mary being Examined by me privately and apart from her husband declare that she did freely and willingly Relinquish her Right of Dower in and to the Lands hereby Conveyed without the permissions of threats of her Said husband and wishes not to Retract it and it being again Shown and explained to her. She acknowledged it to be her act and Deed and consented that the same may be recorded whereupon Said Deed together with the foregoing certificate hath duly been Recorded in my office. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 16th day of June 1835.
