This indenture made this 3rd
day of March 1834 between John Flippo of the county of Hickman and State of
Kentucky of the one part and Daniel Jackson of the county and state of aforesaid
of the other part Witnesseth that the said Flippo for and in consideration of
the sum of one hundred and ninety two dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained & sold and by these presents
doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Daniel Jackson a certain tract or
parcel of Land situate and being in said County and bounded as follows to wit
all the remaining part of the north west quarter of section four that is not
conveyed unto the said Jackson in a former deed the remaining part of said tract
of land is one hundred and forty six acres by patent to have and to hold the
aforesaid tract or parcel of land hereby conveyed unto the said Jackson his
heirs and assigns forever and the said Flippo for himself his heirs executors
and administrators doth by these presents warrant and forever defend the litte
to the premises hereby conveyed to the said Jackson his heirs executors and
administrators forever against the claim or claims of all and every person or
persons whatever claiming under through or by him or his heirs and assigns. In
testimony whereof he has hereunto set his hand and seal the date first above
written.

I Henry L Edrington clerk of the
county court for the county aforesaid do certify that the foregoing deed from
John Flippo to Daniel Jackson was produced to me on the 3rd of March
and acknowledged by said Flippo to be his act and deed whereupon the said Deed
together with the foreging certificate hath been duly recorded in my office. In
testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 14th day of
November 1834.
