Whereas I John Fleming of Clinton Ky
have this day Borrowed of Constant Davis my step son $30 and for the purpose of
securing said Constant the above sum of Money I do agree to bond him while he is
going to school for the use of the same and further I do give a lien as a
Collateral Security unto James W Gibson who is to hold the same in Trust for
said Constant lot N33 in said Town of Clinton and upon the payment of the
principal debt This obligation is to be surrendered by the said Trustee other
wise I bind myself to convey the same unto him the said Constant by the 1st
day of January 1835 Given under my hand this 19th day of June 1833.

I Henry L Edrington clerk of the court of the county aforesaid do certify that
the foregoing deed from John Fleming to James W Gibson on an Trust for Constant
Davis was produced to me on the 8th day of March 1834 and
acknowledged by the said Fleming to be his act and Deed whereupon the same
together with the foregoing certificate hath been duly admitted to record in my
office. In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 15th
