Yantis, Harvey
Mr. Harvey Yantis, the oldest man in the county, being 94 years old, died last week and the remains were followed by a long procession and friends and relatives to Lancaster Cemetery, where Elder James L. Allen officiated, in the funeral services. Deceased had raised a large and highly respectable family, and he belonged to the highest type of manhood, being, for many years, an elder in the Christian church and a strong pillar in that congregation; always being found on the side of charity and benevolence.

Yeakey, Mrs.
Mrs. Yeakey of Brights Bend, died at the home of her son last Wednesday, aged about 60 years, of a complication of diseases. She was buried in the Lancaster Cemetery on the day following. Mrs. Yeakey had not been well for some time, but her death came as a surprise to her family, as she was in her usual good health. Fortunately, her son was home from the army and was with her at the crucial hour.
