The Hickman Courier - 13 July 1894 James Cason, who lived near Cayce, died a few weeks
ago, age 75. It is said the old gentleman had a distrust of paper and silver
money,
and that last year he converted all his money into gold and buried
it,
and that he changed the burial place several times and failed to
disclose
the last hiding place to his family.
